Consulting:        We can provide expert consulting for credit related issues to answer your questions regarding your case.  We will provide you opinions based on the facts.

Damage Assessment:    We will assess damages to be sure that damages are appropriate for the case.  As an expert for the Plaintiff, we can conduct an impact analysis to calculate damages.   As an expert for the Defense, we will analyze proposed damages to be sure they are not inflated.

Report Writing (including rebuttal reports):        One of the most important functions as an Expert Witness is report writing.    Our reports are very detailed and are written in a common sense format so very complex term and concepts are easily understandable. Our reports will be written in federal report format.  We can provide rebuttal reports.
